whats the best cam for day 2 day use and the odd track day thrown in for good measure.

284/272 Shrick is the best all round cam. 288/288 may require some piston modifications and will be lumpy as hell.
Alot of people are more than happy with the 284 /272

I'm intending to rally a 325i so what cam would be best for that? I'm after acceleration more than top end, and I want it to kit in low down and pull like a mofo.
