hi
anyone seen the claims on e36coupe.com for the e36 induction kits?
they reckon its dyno proven to produce between 10 and 12 bhp on the 328i.
that seems to be alot for an induction kit dont you think?
10 - 12 bhp induction kit???

its just a k+n cone supplied with a heat shield.rebelcruiser wrote:what induction kit is it as the simota kit is supposed to work really well on them

all the guys over there seem impressed with it. mind you its £165 for the kit.
fair enough he does have a dyno graph to prove it but it still seems high for just an induction kit.

yes it does seem a lot for a gay+n cone filter but for £165 they should have put
towards a simota kit well i would anyway.

It could be possible, the 328i has a very restrictive inlet tract but i believe the inlet manifold and TB holds the biggest restrictions.

Replace them with items from a e36 325i and get a remap.
