Do any of you guys that have had turbo conversions done know much about the manifolds that you have had built?

I need a set of flanges that bolt to the head on the exhaust manifold side, and I can't seem to find them any where. Might end up getting the, CNC'd at this rate.

If anyone has information on how they got their's built, or who supplied the flanges and pipes etc. Then could you chuck it up here for me please?

Cheers guys

Only just realised...obviously this post applies to people that have had manifolds built for any engine, as i believe most of them are the same?

So the 6cyl. boys can join in this one!

yeah that looks basically ideal, other than i want it to be top mount. Although I suppose that design of the manifold could quite easily be adapted to be made top mount.

whilst we're on the subject, what has everyone done for oil lines, return isnt a problem, just TIG weld a little pipe into the sump. and then off you go. I was thinking of using a T piece and a restrictor from the oil pressure switch. If anyone has any better ideas...then feel free to shout.

cheers for the manifold info guys, i will give a-tech a ring tomorrow morning.

I have rung Ant on and off for few days, at a few different intervals in the day, and have never managed to actually get him to pick up the phone (and everyone please don't take this as me giving him sh1t) I will try again, as I do need to get hold of the flanges, so looking forward to speaking to him. Will give it another go tomorrow, and then let you all know how it goes.

Does anyone have a number for Ant, because I am ringing the one in his signature for A-tech and getting no reply :(.

Cheers guys
