 one e34 bmw, key probably in boot, and a numpty that can fit through the hole between the reat seats
options,
pay 58quid+vat for somone else to do it
break a rear window and climb through, then replace window today
drill/attack boot lock and replace later
other ideas?its deadlocked so its the window or boot tbh, i can get the bonnet open soo, if theres any way of poping the solonoids by bridging somthing etc. im happy to try

cheers dan for your 'method' :P nearly resorted to it untill.....
a friend happens to know an ex locksmith, who turned up, n spent a good 3 hours in the rain until all 4 doors and the boot were undeadlocked. turns out the key has vanished! i have looked everywhere, with no joy.

he done well, and only cost me 30quid. just got to get the lock out now to get another key made up.

and after all this whats the bet i find it somwhere stupid :-x :P

there is a way to get into them but i cant tell you on forum, know roughly how bmw do it and its quite rough but you would never know it had been done after they had done it,when we go to lockouts we are told to ask punter if they have had a lockout before,as if they have we can get in easily

the key turned up, on my bed, 48hours after i lost it.
i live on my own and no one was with me when i lost it, which eliminates one of my 'friends' doing it to wind me up
the same bed i slept in for 2 nights and checked on/under/around it many times....theres no ledges it could of fallen off
im happy iv found it, just before i was about to rip the locks out lol but im completely confused as to how this happened.......
lesson learnt, be aware of keys
