I like the look of them but I've only driven one E24. I wasn't very impressed with the 635 it felt heavy and vague but it could have been tired. Certainly the E28 i had at the time drove better.
I've never driven an E9 but have been thinking about one, off and on, for about 5 years.
Expiriences please
has anybody driven a E9 (CS) or E24 (6 series)

Used to drive a 635i Highline years ago when I lived in central London - loved it in town & on the motorway, but hated it on A roads. Would lose the front on entry and the rear on exit. Nasty thing.

e9 is nice, light and chuckable, sort of lightweight e24! Better looking to in many cases.
