black and sand the silver back like in the picky,looks nice

polish up the inlet manifold
then with the rocker cover, use wrinkle finish heat proof paint, looks A1,
i`ll be doing mine on monday.

I was gonna polish the inlet originaly , but didnt , too late now , who knows it might grow on me !

Yes mate i did , i was only renewing the manifold gaskets to begin with and my need to medal got the better of me , now that im a bit more used to seein it all black i like it a fair bit , that there tin of Hammerite spray for BBQ's is the best Ԛ£5 engine mod i've ever done ! ! !
