hi just joined the site few weeks ago great cars and projects on here im soon starting on my one which this great e30 i got for 50 quid taxed and MOT'd hardley no rust the the usual place on the rear tow eye section the wheels were standerd i had these keskins lying about so that was handy and just put the front brows on really.

its nothing speacial at the moment only a 1.8 m40

my plans are to either put in a 3.5 or a 2.8 m50 engine gathering on what ever one i get hold of first.

winkeye

sounds like a good project to me, should be quite impressive once done. the KT1s will definetely look better once the tech2 kit is on.

They'll bound to pop up on here from time to time - bear with it and i bet you'll get them in the end as most ppl need the front or rear, the side are always the hardest to shift if a seller decides to sell a complete kit in pieces.

oh yeh.............. £50, you lucky basta.............

Nice find!!

Best of luck with the project. Did I read correctly, you're changing the back for pre facelift, or have i not had enough coffee yet??

How's will that affect fitting a tech 2 reap bumper? Although with the fabrication involved in changing to prefacelift, you shouldn't have a issue!! Keep us updated with progress.

Keskins look ok!

So taking out the whole back panel, welding in the pre facelift one in it's place??

You may need to modify the tech 2 bumper to fit, if that's the case. As Tech 2 to pre facelift cars and vice versa, needs work....

Yeah, polished lip, bodycoloured centres on the wheels would look cool!

Wicked, look forward to it. I prefer pre facelift lights! Nothing to do with having prefacelift lights on mine, of course! 8)

Nathan, it's easy done fella - the only real issue is the return of where the face lift lights were on the rear 1/4, you've got to in-fill the small void the rest is straight fit.

Saqi, m3 kit would need an immense amount of bodywork, inlcuding the rake of the rear windscrean, as well as rear arches, if you didn't want to plumb for some fibreglass trash...
