I agree with Fuzzy.daveyboy20 wrote:Just coz you've got no photographic talent!nice car. arty type pics? i prefer to see the car more than the sceneryThose pics are superb and really show the car off from every angle - well done that woman

Excellent taste in styling mate. my mrs has got the bug for e30's as well now, however I have the lenses in my house!!DavidV wrote:Thanks for the kind words. The new rear valence is actually a well-worn old Racing Dynamics apron that needed some repair - but it suits the car nicely along with the new twin tip exhaust (Stebro) that replaced the single tip Sebring that I had on there earlier.
What impressed me the most is my wife's first foray into automotive photography. Normally she shoots landscapes and animals, but I guess all my car fixation has rubbed off on her. She is still by no means a car enthusiast, but that was a great way for us to spend the afternoon together pursuing common interests (photography for her and the E30 for me!).

Thanks for the tip - I showed it to her and she is going to upload some of her nature/wildlife photography. We are in Northern California and Stanford University apparently offers an advanced class that she is signing up for to help people who are ready to do gallery shows and similar. Cars aren't really her thing, but I was impressed how quickly she picked up the basic idea.Rosc0PColtrane wrote:Excellent taste in styling mate. my mrs has got the bug for e30's as well now, however I have the lenses in my house!!DavidV wrote:Thanks for the kind words. Get your wife to have a look at www.photozo.com Great photography forum. There's a dude called mobohaji (IIRC), who has a great tutorial on automotive shooting. Worth a read. Your wife could post her photography there too and get feedback, plus they have competitions etc. I'm just finishing a course I studied from there, have learned so much. Cost me $60 (£30), whereas the UK City and Guilds would have been an extra £100!!!
Nice to share something, look forward to seeing future forays with the camera!
