Someone said that Rally Design still list a throttle body manifold (not checked myself) Perhaps have a look at that and then have a poke around for some second hand Jenveys or something.
Any aftermarket ECU which is able to take a throttle position sensor (not to be confused with the throttle position switch on the standard engine management) should be able to run an ITB setup.
Welsome to the zone too dude

However it's for Downdraft carbs i'm afraid
Altiss will quite hapilly fab up a manifold for £250 ish
That includes lengthening the fingers on the TB's/supplying spacers/fuel rail and welding up the holes for the 2nd set of ecu controlled butterflies if using K2/K3 TB's
As i stated on you're other post, bike throttle bodies are the cheapest way to do it
you can get 2 sets of SUZUKI GSXR 600 bodies for less than £250(1 Jenvey dcoe style body costs about that).
Make sure you get the injector sub loom as well
Looks something like this(although not finished yet)Fuel rail/spacers and fingers still need to be done

Megasquirt Ecu Kit from the states is approx $200 or £100 ish + postage in real money
