hi the flange on the front part of the exhaust manifold is hitting the steering joint. I was thinking of having the pipe cut, rotated 90 degrees and welded back on.

Has anyone done this before?
Will it then interfer with anything else, like the flange on the rear manifold?

Cheers

I've had a similar problem so I got the angle grinder out and removed a small amount from the exhaust flange, I think a few others have done this aswell. I've not had any trouble with the two touching even on heavy cornering etc
