Reputable garage or specialists in East London

I know there are a few of us on here from the east of London.

Just wondering if anyone can reccomend a good bmw specialist or reputable garage locally.

After pissing about a number of times myself trying to get my valve clearances done correctly I have given up.

Am still getting a tappy noise and its really annoying me... I wanted to take it to a useful garage and get them to do it to finally put my mind at rest.... most of the garages round me however look extremely dodgy....

Any ideas?

if you don't mind traveling into essex ( lakeside thurrock ), you can try motorvation in west thurrock
