Theres a rubber guibo at the front where prop meets gearbox, this can knock, also centre bearing in uh the centre - its a bearing in a rubber mount -the rubber can go so its not holding the prop as well as it should. The diff bush could be knackered. Is the knock from the front or rear? You can check the diff bush and guibo under the car, the centre bearing has a heatshield and exhaust pipe in the way so I'd check the other two first.

Could also be your diff input shaft, or your rear suspension top mounts.
