325 touring difficult starting

just a small problem , just replaced head as a valve snapped and got shoved through the combustion chamber, runs great once started but is a pig to start from cold. cleaned tb and replaced temp switches while i was there. any ideas?

I'm no expert here, but i would look at things that deal with cold starting, i.e. ICV and temperature sender to begin with.

Throttle position sensor, ICV or a really lean idle mixture.
