as above really i know of one person who has and made 218 atw at 7 psi just wondered if anybody else is running standard management and turbo and if they could advise me of anything that might be helpful. ive got a 500 hp cossie in the garage so im not chasing numbers with the e30 just fancy a cheap track toy :twisted:

im 100% not changing management just wana make the best of what ive got.

any advice would be much appreciated

There are some chips that "they say" are mapped for upto 15psi but you're going to need big balls to try it.

Of all the "parts" you could skimp on, I wouldn't advise you save on management, most important part IMO.

il try anything car doesnt owe me anything and ive got the turbo, intercooler and piping just laying around. im making an adapter to use standard manifold. 24 lb injectors should support 4 - 5 psi on standard fuel pressure. as long as it will idle ? hopefully it will.

do you know where these chips are available from ? do they retard the ignition ?

what they do is set up new WOT timing map, that is not ideal for anything but the 15psi or whatever mark it is,
at 7psi it´s under advanced,

same for the part throttle in the highest range of the chip.
And then they let the rising rate fpr handle the fuel,
With great challenges comes great engineering.

ive just found a firm in america that sell a 7 psi chip for 22lb injectors 6900 rev limit and 93 octane fuel.
just gota wait to hear back from them now.
