Cheap but good lowering springs can be bought from GSF - £49 +VAT for a 35mm drop. Your current shocks will be OK with these, too.
If you want to go lower still there are -60mm or even -80mm front springs available for cabrios; you'll need shortened shocks with these and personally I wouldn't bother as you'll ruin your ride and learn to fear speedbumps
Cabrios already have BMW's stiffest anti-roll bar setup (14.5mm rear, 21mm front) as standard, this is hard to beat for road use. Stiffer bars are available for track/race use, but I don't know of anyone who tracks an e30 cab :D

DON'T DO IT!

Heating springs destroys their temper, softening the metal and making them sag. This will lower the car, but it will also ruin the handling as the springs will end up much softer. In extremis, they may be weakened so much that they break.

P.S. Brianmoooore is trying to draw your attention to the posting rules, specifically those forbidding 'text speak'. We're not in a tearing hurry, neither are we paying per-character. Use English :)

Looking at the OP, I consider this is in the right section, although if the thread develops, it might require a move.
