Looks original to me. ie: seems to be made from moulded plastic and no fibre glass in sight. No worries about respect - I bought the car from a friend two weeks ago.
Meanwhile, is this an IS front lower lip spoiler? I know the photo isn't the best...

geniune usually has an m/tech sticker on the bottom spoiler on the off side or an indent for it ????
