lighted flywheel and differential question

I have some question to ask
1. I have lighten flywheel from the stoke from 19lb to 14.5 lb my differential is 3.73 I feel like 3 gear didn't have power what can i do but the 1 gear and 2 gear is very fast

2. any body who lighted flywheel on M20 2500 how much ratio of differential you use

3. I think I will change my differential to 4.1 is it good for M20 2500 or not because I think 3 gear is no power and very slow

4. and is the top speed decrease when you install ligth flywheel ?

3. With a 4.1 differential and the garbox in my 323i (not sure how it compares to a 325i) it works ok except that 1st is short and it uses about 3000rpm in 5th at 60mph. Up to you if that is ok, for me it is.

Is there different ration of M20 gear of
M20 2000
M20 2300
M20 2500
M20 2500 sport

is there is different ratio or not and anybody know the ratio of any gear Thanks
