I've got some spacers to fit to the front of my e30 once my e36 rack goes in and I shim it up for some more lock.

I know standard bolts are m12 x 1.5, whats the standard length as the spacers are 10mm and I need bolts roughly that extra. If no-one knows there some on ebay is the measurement of the thread or whole bolt?

Standard E30 length is 30mm, measured from the end of the bolt to the bottom of the taper.
