Can anyone point me at a good article as to how the change the rear sub-frame bushes. I heard tell that you need to drive the studs back into the body?

Haynes doesen't even mention them 8O

Torque settings would also be appreciated

Cheers

Not much to write an article about really.
Unscrew the bottom nuts, remove the bottom plates, push the big bolts up into the body, remove old bushes, fit new and assemble
Trouble is the big bolts will have corroded solid onto the metal centres of the bushes, so the main tools will be a very large hammer, a blowtorch, and any cutting tools you can think of to remove the old bushes piece by piece.
When you finally get the old bits out the way, the new bushes can be drawn in using two large thick washers, a couple of nuts and a length of threaded bar.
