another quick question if anyone has heard of this. Just bought a 325 touring and there is an awful stench of petrol from the car. What its not drinking by the gallon it must be leaking somewhere.
Is there a common fault i should check for on this particular car or could it be anything? I realise its a bit vague but thought it might ring a bell with someone.

Two areas to check.....
The fuel filler neck area where it enters the fuel tank.........
And the 2 flexi hose's that come from/too the FPR on the end of the fuel rail.....

As above, mine was leaking in both places!
