Will this fit in my e30... whos willing to put it in for me? and will it be worth it guys?

It will fit, and will give a nice power increase and will sound good too, but if you did the conversion you'd regret not putting the 4l or 4.4l engine in (which have the same size block and I think use the same gearbox)

agreed, for the effort involved you should really go for 4l or 4.4l
