Kelson, I have to say that I'd give up everything (except my daughter) to own this car.
Absolutely stunning, pure E30 porn

Wheels were added about 5 years ago. I believe they (B6S) only ever came on 16" so although these are genuine Alpina items, they are not original equipment on the car and I don't think they were an official option. That said, I do think they suit it.

They did a B6 in the standard shell from 1984 onwards and the B6S in the M3 shell from 1987 onwards.

truly stunning your one lucky bloke

Two super rare cars! I love capris and have had a 2.0ltr laser (rusty and and to common) and a near mint 2.8i special, miss that hooligan-mobil sooo much.Kelson wrote:1983 Janspeed Turbo http://www.capriracing.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=295.
Thanks chaps. I am quite lucky to be able to indulge myself a bit. We do like slightly rare/unusual cars so I/we also have these three little devils

Lovely car! I'm an hour away from you in Yeovil, Somerset. Would love to photoshoot this beauty. If a South West meet ever happens again, be sure to bring this baby along. I'd happily snap this bad boy all day!
Hi Maxfield, here are some details of the wheels for you. I think they may be Alpina 5 series of the time [Edit E34 in fact], but a search by part number might help.
If you like speed/thrills/reliability the GT2 is a must, no TC, no PSM, less weight than a turbo (0 - 186mph - 0 in less than 60 secs) and a Vmax within a nudge or 2 off the double ton, mad and totally addictive, still one mans meat is...... Anyway, I digress, here are the details and a link to more rambling about wheels that may also be helpful
Front
8.5J x 17 H2, ET14 with the following markings; e2, KBA41262, 3611638. Fitted with a 10mm spacer and 10mm longer wheel bolts running 215/40 ZR Dunlops
Rear
9.5J x 17 H2, ET24 with the following markings; e24, 3611637. Fitted without spacers and running 245/35 ZR Dunlops.
