I have the same browndiscolouring on the flaps of the load cover. I think it's sun damage as nothing I've tried will shift it

I got mine new from BMW about 4 years ago and it cost roughly 350 euros for the full version with the dog-guard.

I have some water marks on mine as when I open the tailgate when its raining it drips on the cover. Would be intersted in finding our if I can get rid of these

That's exactly what's happened to mine also, Cotty! You can see it in the centre of the cover in the photo.
