hi people
ive come to a halt on the turbo engine rebuild :cry:


the manifold touches the oil cooler pipes
i tried to get the pipes shortend but it still touches

i gonna see if i can trim em down a bit more but if not ill need a relocftion kit

does anyone know where to buy one
or is there any other way of doing it

do i really need a oil cooler? winkeye

Hass, hate to say it but " I told you so"

you need quite few bits to get the filter reloacted, happy to supply if you want but they will take a few days to come through as they are made to order to suit the application.

Oil cooler is not a must have , I relocated the filter so it gets cooling flow accross it and ran the pipes so the whole Oil system has an extra 1.2 litres to use, you can fit an aftermarket( mocal ) oil cooler should you wish though.

Gimme a buzz @ the unit tomorrow dude, I'll get the catalogue out, not cheap though dude as its imperial/metric + adapters all the way through.

I relocated my oil filter to the o/s/f chassis rail using Mocal bits and peices from http://www.thinkauto.com/. Left the oil cooler in it's original location. Pretty straight forward to do.
