Good video, but I feel for the guy in the Evo7/9? And the chap in the ZM3 just missed the driver of a broken down car...Lucky "victim" lol.

by the looks of it that corner need to be slowed down on the approach for track days, some people really over doing it there

lol some ppl have no perception of speed do they....
these action days i think are bad for overconfident newbies in quick cars.... any car in fact, (as well as being overpriced)
better get an open pit lane day and slowly b uild up speed and confidence...

Quarry is a nasty corner to get wrong, very fast on the approach and hard breaking, i didnt have any issues there but its easy to get wrong, to be fair when ever i have been at Coombe, 3 times now ive only seen one accident and that was at Quarry, great circuit though, fair bit of run off and no armco

quarry is tricky, i brake in two stages coming up to it. before and after the crest just before the corner. might not be the fastest way round, but niether is digging your car out of the tryes!!!!! its not difficult.
there is no excuse for understeering like that mitsubishi, soon as it happens.... quick flik on the hand brake... catch it.... and boot it!!!!! all the corners at castle combe are slow in fast out.
narrow escape for that dude tho. a lesson to us all dont dawdle about when youve crashed, get the fook over the other side of that tyre wall sharpish.......

The guy in the Lotus had broken down, the marshels were trying to get him back over the tyres, then the BMW lost it and smashed into it, missing the Lotus driver by not much.
The Lotus driver is trying to sue anyone and everyone about that incident, but i can't see him getting anywhere!! I can understand his annoyance and heart ache but it happens. He should just consider himself VERY lucky he is still alive!!!

Bloody good to watch, but seeing your pride and joy get bent and in most cases no one to blame yourself, ouch.

I was there when that Z3M hit the Lotus, that was a couple of years ago it was the only time I've ever been to the circuit. Didn't see the accident though I was stood near the pit lane entrance, just saw the wreckages being cleared.
My Dad and I took my Grandad's standard '67 1.8 Volvo Amazon estate round because my Grandad wanted to see what it looked like! I've never laughed so much in my life, I thought we were going to roll it at every corner but we got the speedo to read 100mph along the straight (about 60mph in reality!)
