This tosser just ripped me off by selling me a superchip with 2 missing pins ,he is trying to say it happened in the post ,the chip was in padding which was in a metal tin which was in an envelope,and in any case ,the broken pins would be rattling around the tin ,they werent ,he can expect a visit when we are next in his area ,daveyw is right he is a fanny , a fanny that thinks he has got away with this ,i dont think so .

If your problem on here is with me, then why bring Daveyw's name into this? And if this is NOW considered a promise, then MY only course of action is to pursue legal advise and possibly police enforcement. This is all logged as evidence and will be submitted duly.

Considering it was me that removed that eprom from oze30's ecu and it was me that packaged it i would say it has everything to do with me my friend!
When i put that chip into the packaging it was in perfect condition and if you would like to call me a con man also i would suggest you go read my 6 page feedback thread in this section of the forum
As for your threats i'm sure the mods will treat them in the manner that all threats are treated on this forum.

why do i need to question if it has broken pins or not when you are telling me it has. Im telling you it hasn't and didn't when I sent it, so.. Why do I need to question it? If you post a pic, then I'll question it. However, as I have told you many times before, all civil btw, that the item was packaged safely and with due care, the pins, I can't help you with as they are not on my floor, table, desk anywhere. they do not exist in my premises. So, for me to question it is of no significance. I'm going by what you have told me.

I know this part wasn't damaged and i know this fella is trying it on because of that
If its damaged now HE damaged it so he is right pictures will prove nothing.
If it were me only that he were dealing with he wouldn't be getting anything back especialy after what he has written above and i would advise oze30 to tell him to go whistle!

I couldn't believe this thread when I read it. Whats the Zone coming too? Mods, we need to nip things like this in ths bud sooner. It's supposed to be a polite place where people help each other and disagreements are settled in a gentlemanly way. To start shouting "tosser" and telling people that its "f a top do with them" and "keep ya nose out" is not on.

With regards to Koz's comments I too have dealt numerous times with Spadge and met oze30 when I was up there once and these guys are top zoners. Spadge would never knowingly rip anyone off.
