Hi Suchy i got my Festival of speed tickets from your way and went past the Ship pub which had a large car park unless you have got another pub in mind.

which ship pub and where?

Hi Suchy it's the pub just before you get to hayling island. It has a large car park with a nice picture oppertunity overlooking the water and you can have a relaxing drink while taking your snaps.

My gaff used to be two houses down on the waterfront - about 40 yards from the Ship Inn.

Many fond memories !!!!! Kayak. beer, music , single life and then I met Mandie LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah lovely pub, good food and drink but we'll never get all the cars in there especially on a Sunday- always rammed.
