I have just got a myself the car of my dreams. It is a restored 325is. It is everything I new it would be but there are things about it that I haven’t worked out yet, one of which is I keep leaving the side lights on. Does anyone know whether there should be a pinging sound when the ignition is switched of if the lights are still on? If not is fitting one an option. :?

Mine didnt come with it. So i retrofitted an OBC gong to the door/sidelights. Lights on.. Door open... GONG GONG GONG.... :D
the only problem is it works on all the doors, and even with the engine running. but im sure a few diodes would sort that problem.

Thanks. I get what you are saying but flying the starship Enterprise would be technically less challenging. I must get myself a haynes and see if the speed limit gong can be used. Thanks again.
