Saw this on the ebay and i couldn't resist! Phoned guy the up and it sounded promising so went and looked at it the following day after work and spent about 2hrs inspecting it which was made easy with access to a 4 post ramp and it checked out ok with zero rust any where and only a couple of very minor issues mechanicaly which have been sorted now. It has a years MOT, 2 monts tax, has only done 76000 from new with 3 owners and a stamped up history book.
It is completely standard and original apart from a new roof and a repaint. The spec is as follows,

Dolphin grey (Quite rare on a convertible a believe?)
Indigo leather
De-chrome
Manual sport close ratio box
LSD
15" BBS
Mtec suspension
Mtec 2 Steering wheel
Mtec gear knob

and the best bit, the ALPINA 192 bhp sport pack engine conversion consisting of Exhaust, alpina cam and ECU. This is the same engine spec as a late Alpina C2 2.5, not the one based on the 323i.
The car was sold new by Sytners in Nottingham with this spec.

Not sure what to do with it as it was an impulse buy but i have a pair of indigo head rests to go in the rear and some genuine 16" alpinas for my sport but they may end up on this to go with the engine. Maybe an Alpina front spoiler or Mtech 1 kit?
