330i inlet manifold on 323i

Hi

Can anyone tell me if the inlet manifold off a 330i will fit my 323I yr 99.

Are the inlet manifold on all the bid 6' the same ie. 323, 325, 330 or will I have to make modification to make it fit.

I've read somewhere that by fitting a 325 inlet manifold on a 323 will increase power is this true.

Dig up a thread titled 'M50 developments' its in the tech forum, there are photo's of the two manifolds and an explanation IIRC
Although it was being done to a 2.8 engine it is the same job for your 323

Looked at the full 28 page thread good read even tho I didn't understand some of it.
Mainly dealing with M50 in E30.

My question is, can you fit a M52 323I with a M52/M54 325I inlet manifold and if so will I have to make any mods or is it a simple replacement???????????????

Is this do-able and will it work and increase BHP???????????????

Forgot to mention the car is a E46 323I on a 99 T reg 4 door saloon
