Display boards needed for Santa Pod HELP please !

There is going to be a great number of Zoners at the Pod on the day, its going to be good.

Other car clubs are coming along and we are quite well sorted with the Zone Team Members doing there bit.

However, there is a prize for the best presented car club on the day and we have the potential to be that car club.

We have members providing gazeebos for tea and coffee, a large marquee for out of the rain situations and chat area, a creche BUT and its a big BUT we dont have any banners or serious flag pole with our logo E30Zone.net.

Can anyone help ?

Basically what we need is a large pvc (?) type banner which could be attached (a) to a Marquee and (b) to a gazeeboo and (c) to a small tent area. Finally, a kick back from my BMWCC days, is anyone able to supply or manufacture a flagpole and flag with a E30Zone.net flag.

Basically what we now need are some display boards for pinning up photos and E30 information within the Marquee. Has anyone got and could they bring any such beasties ? The sort that can folded down and transported in cars, purely for use on the day.

We need (a) standalone boards/pinboards/whiteboards

and

(b) If I send you artwork which I have, we would be grateful for anything which will brighten up the inside of the marquee.
