hi guys... 325i, 1988 giving me problems again...

when driving with the accelerator at constant at around 3000 revs there is a slight hesitation, almost a missfire coming through the car but definately through the engine.

if you accelerate it clears, but if you rev to the red line it comes back slightly at top end of rev range.

this definately is not the common vibration that everyone tries to cure, it is the engine.

the crank sensor is new with good wiring, dizzy cap and rotor new, plugs new.

any ideas ???

what kind of plugs did you use? I've just put some beru platinum 4 electrode things in, and it runs like a dog.
