Don't flaps retain water and road sludge under the arches creating the perfect rust habitat?Pal318is wrote:Minter than Doublemint mate...all credit to you, she looks spot on...
Keep the flaps, not only do they serve a purpose, they give it a different look..![]()

Car looks stunning - I too would put genuine 16" Alpinas or BBS X or RS.
But we're talking the last 5% there.

lol cheers mate, Ah I'm not a pro but I am a graphic designer and handy with a camera
Hi Slinky, its a fabulous motor,
put me out of my misery, is it parked on the roof of Grove Island in Corbally?
I'm sure i saw it parked in a car park in town in very good company, very close to a DB9?
I live in Limerick by the way, I'll keep an eye out for you, I have a 1992 black 325i cab..

Mac3, lol you are indeed right on both accounts, I'll keep an eye out for the cab
Most of those pics there are on the roof of the grove island car park (When I still had the yellow plates on). I work in the offices there. I don't always bring it to work but its there at least a few days a week!

Very nice looking car you got there mate. I've got a tech-2 in the same colour, look nice in black. Only thing i was going to say was get the smoked indicators, but i see you've got that on your list of things to do. Hope to get mine looking as clean soon, got few minor bits of bodywork to sort out.

I've actually got them on now and a black grill. These pics are about 5 motnhs old now, lol
That is hot! Excellent gloss in the paintwork and trim - has it been re-sprayed recently? I've got a 325is same colour but I think I'll need to get it professionally polished before it looks that good! Very tidy car.

Photos are excellent (as is the stunningly clean car).
Good thinking of going to standard circular pipes.
Minty fresh.
