Car looks good, needs lowering majortely looks like its on stilts, alloys not to my taste but if you like em its all that matters!!

I would buy some standard 4 pot springs (looks to be on 6 cyl ones).

Maybe get some 15" BBS?

looks about 100mm -reckon those tyres might be lower profile then was intended for the alloy?

also get a spray can and some masking tape and colour code those bumpers...

ditch the bsa manik wheels they look good on anythink but a bmw get some bbs on it
an lower it .........................does seem remarkably high at the front ???? :) :wink:

tyres are 195/50/15 do you think the wheels would look better in black as they were only £60 complete with excellent tyres and cant afford bbs at the mo the misses already thinks im spending to mutch money on an old manky car as she calls it some people havent got a clue

Hahaha tell me about it, my girlfriend thinks as it is not a new soft top beetle its not good and just because its older than 4 years it must be a bucket. You should've heard her when i first bought it. She actually thinks it's worse then my Rover 214 :cry: :cry: :cry:

chears guys thanks for the comments didnt realise that the suspension was so high until you lot said about it wheels are ok not my first choice but im skint and looked better than bottle tops that i had in my opinion .think i might spray them black cant decide if mat,silk or gloss think i might get my angle grinder out tomorow annd slice those spring up lol drinking quite heavy at the moment so sorry if this is giberish chears love the zone lots
