I am intending of building a stroker using a 325e block an everything else from my actual 320i engine, but:
Do I need to change the chip on the Motronic 1.3 engine management?
If so, is there a chip available for this combination?
If I don't, what would be the asociated problems?
COME ON, NEED SOME HELP HERE: chip for storkers

Short answer is yes mate, the 2.0 chip will simply not give enough fuel, the advance will be out as well due to the longer throw crank.
you'll need a 325i intake and injectors too to getthe best outa the beast once complete
as for the chip, what ECU do you have dude ??

Thanks a lot for your help, Ant.
My Actual ECU is Bosch Parts number 0.261.200.381
From your response I assume that my 320 head would be OK, but would need the 3.0 pressure injectors and fuel pressure regulator combination plus a throttle body from the 2.5 engine.
I am not just looking for top end hp, but a combination that is supposed to give about the hp output of a 325 but with much more lower RPMs torque.
