Sorry guys still newbie could some1 be so kind to wright a list of what i would need to fit a E36 318is engine into a E30 thanks guys

You'd be better to just get an E30 M42 engine as it's a much easier job....
M44 is a bit harder... (later E36 models)

The E36 engines upto around 95 are M42 engines, that what I used, then you need engine mounts sump etc... from a E30 engine.
Get the VIN number from the car you are taking the engine out of and check on Realoem to be sure it is an M42
