Handbrake fitting trouble.......

Can anyone suggest a solution to the obvious problem here??

dude that handle is off a E34 5series, you need to take the gatier off and unroll some more till it gets to the handle.

That looks alot like the M3 one i have, how can you tell? Either way yeah i think he needs to roll the gator out a bit more

MAN!!!!! i don't fookin believe it, i unravelled the gaiter a bit more and its split from where you can see on the pic above, to the end! I don't know if that means some fookin tool has cut it to get it off a car in the past or if its just manufactured like that!!

Andrew, any chance when you have a spare moment and your car and a camera nearby, that you could waz me over a pic of your handbrake gaiter/handle setup so i can have a look again at the differences.

If you can my addy is Flobnob7(at)ic24(dot)net, saves hosting pics and posting etc.

Yeah mines looks the same as wils, but i took it from a E34. E30 ones are much longer and dont taper at the end like the E34 ones.

Thanks alot will, don't know how that's not from an m3, looks just like mine anyway, hopefuly andrew will be able to give an answer.

Here's my gaiter problem, any idea of yours looks similar if unfolded??

So it looks like i've been flogged a fookin fake, and my gaiter is shiat, man life is gay.

The second pic shows the kink where it was folded under, is this usual?
