I believe you can enter as an individual or a team, I think teams consist of three cars.

The entry form does prompt me to indicate if we are entering, however the website says you can register up until 10am on the day. So, if it's just yourself Graham I'll tick the box and give you time to rally up another couple of people to try it with you!

I think the 325i is too big for grass tracking (weight, power and tyres...!)

Get yourself some grass tyres, maybe on a spare set of wheels and swap 'em over before you compete.

*** EDIT, damn you're too quick again ***

Yeah, you're camping covers you for Fri, Sat & Sun night if you wish!

I'm only camping on Saturday, some folks are there ALL weekend.

If you want I'll put you down for Friday too, no biggie just need to submit numbers on the entry form.

Hey Neil, I see they've changed the banner at the top of the forum! Why?

I think the old one was better (instead of just an M3...)

Can we still get a copy of the old banner, in .ai or high res .bmp format?

if you think the 325 is too big wait till you see some of the motors that go on. astons, porsches, american things, they all have a go. i used to be a copilot in this for 10 years.....good laugh but it can be tiresome waiting for your go and maybe missing out on other things.

Sounds like fun though winkeye
However I have had my car on grass, the tyres just clog up and wheels spin excessively - as I said, fun, but not competitive. If I was to try this I'd certainly want to change the wheels & tyres.

I think I'll stick to the photorally.

For organisation, please can you email me the details of the car you intend to bring (model, reg number) and roughly when you expect to arrive.

I will either try to meet-up with you before hand (e.g. at Stirling Services) so I can give you your passes which you'll need for the club stand and camping, or if you arrive later I can give them to you on the day (however if that's the case I need to tell the stewards that you'll be coming in and getting your passes on the stand!)

Graham or Neil, we should meet up before the event so I can give you the passes for the Friday attendants (then one of you can dish 'em out on the day).

Thanks.

If it's going to be an "issue" with the organisers,I,ll crash at my sisters in Edinburgh and meet up with you guys on the Saturday morning.
Will probably stay on the Sunday night as well,If possible, coz i've got the following week off.:woohoo:

Thought I'd check out a couple of routes on the Monday for the end of year meet we were discussing at St Andrews.

It won't be an issue mate, the worst I can think of is that they won't have a drink for you at the welcome reception... but I'm sure you'll supply your own!

Staying Sunday night won't be an issue either, I wasn't asked for numbers just if anyone was staying and I've already said yes.
