On my car I have standard plastic lip at front, but I would like to put one from 318is.
But I am afraid that the car would be too low at front, since is lowered 40mm.
Roads are bad here...

What do you guys think?

lol, they will be hard to find, especially in croatia, try Ebay. But don't worry about it being too low, 40mm would never scrape over here in the UK, i'm looking to do 60mm, you can never be 'too low'!

Good Luck

More than a 40mm drop... not much room for small animals (or bloody great bushes as I found out this weekend) but plenty of room for normal day to day use.

Fibre glass reps are about 40 quid on t'bay.

Real ones are 85 from zimmerbimmer on here.

Fibre glass ones dont like going through bushes at 60 mph.

The bush damage winkeye

PS, whats the fit like on the cheap fibre glass IS lips? Do they mount properly or is it a cable tie affair?

I have an IS spoiler with a 60mm drop and catch it about once a year. If you stood a cig packet upright its just a little lower than that to the road. It won't get up kerbs though

Get a real one, in black and cable tie it on nice and tight then you don't worry about it hitting things :)

mine is properly srewed in along the middle but bulldogg clipped on the ends means if you hit it, it bends and the end will pop off but stay on the car :D

original one though so will bend a fair bit.

mine does have a slight crack in it due to bush action tho winkeye
