So a different class of E30 (ie saloon, cab, tourer, heavily modded/styled) per month would appeal ?????
What you think peeps ?

Nah, just have 1 car. It would be lest special and diluted if their was too many. Plus it would mean a certian amount of enivitability to winning, cheapening the whole point.
Lets see how the coming months winners are chosen and go from there. Everyone cannot be winners!

If its still one per month, but a different style each month I reckon thats a winner.

You're right.
As previously stated, the car was sold.

Ere, does this mean that the mysterious Mr Clarksun has been unmasked?
Could he be... Could he be... Jon himself, awarding his own creation with a prize...???

Maybe I've missed something somewhere, but if not, what's the title of this month's competition?

Can we restrict next month's to cars that are actually still OWNED, rather than something nice someone had a while ago?
No disrespect implied to Jon's car, I do agree it's a beautiful car and well worthy of prizes, but he ain't got it no more...!

who cares, he's still a member, he still made the car the way it is in the pics... what difference does it make whether he owns it now or not?
Dips takes credit for all the cars that go through his garage, but most of them aren't his.
Stop being such a whining bunch of pansies.

Well I've just broken my car again... so not for a while
I wasnt aiming it just at you gordon... you are just a small part of the bunch of whining pansies.
My point, put a bit more politely. Is that if any one of you had built a really nice car reasonably recently, but moved on, you would still want some credit for it if the situation arose... Like Kos and his old 318is, it got a feature after he sold it but he still posted it up here and nobody commented... for instance. Same goes for Jon in this case, imho.
But I'm just me, and I'm normally wrong, so I'll go and stand in the corner now.

No offence taken Munky, only stirring like you...
Agreed that the work has still been done and it's award worthy. But even Kos's article said he didn't own it anymore, and he probably did when the mag first looked at the car...
Not saying that an 'ex' zone car can never win, or that Jon's doesn't deserve it, cos it does, just give MOST prizes to current cars...
Have I explained better this time?

Think the monthly vote is the idea Spook...
How about the car of the year - voted by the zoners - being only chosen from the 12 picked as car of the month

The idea is car of the month x 12 months = a calendar.
Then perhaps car of the year ?
Gordon wanna start a poll on that one ?
