Looks to me like an E34 M30 engines rad, if its 550mm wide.

Have you got any dimensions?

Ideal for M50/M52 engine transplant winkeye

Strange temp sender though :?

Dan The.its 4550 or 18inches high, 6250 or 24 3quarter inches wide(from core to core) and 450 or 2 inches across.

6250 wide? Thats very wide!! I think you mean 625. The core is the alloy bit in the middle from which the measurement should be taken, I think you are measuring from the outside edges of the side tanks?

Yes Dan thats the part i measured from , 24 and three quarter inches from the alloy edge to edge.
Will take a pic tomorrow with it against a E28 rad.

Could be from an E32 or an air-con model E34 then. Wont fit an E30 in that case.

looks like an E32 one to me.
it'll go halfway in a E30 before the end tank stops it. very similar to the E28 one apart from the end tank shape.
