Nice effort. Will be good to see how the proportions look when finished. The arches and the big wheels may mask the fact both are different. Keep the work up!

The additional mouldings need to blend into the bumpers and side skirts for a more fitting look.

It does liik dramatic though. DTM would be a good theme!

really....

lets face it, the car will look cool but the handling will be shot to hell. the wheels will be too heavy and the geometry will be thrown all over the place by the increased distance from the hub to the tyre contact patch. plus the offset must be daft!

i agree the handling wont be up to much. the wheels outsize the car!!!! how can you do that sort of arch work without calling it a bodge job? id jack the suspension up, get some 80 profile knobblies on those rims!! ive not seen an e30 monster truck before!!! :D

i admit it probably wont handle like a track car but then if i wanted a good handling car i wouldnt be putting 20"rims on .
the wheels where specially made for my car with offset just perfect.
saw the car today again and one of rear arches on will get photo,s up when body shop e,mail more to me.

Exactly, I'm sure you'll manage to hold the car on the correct side of the road and get around a roundabout conforming to lane discipline requirements. I suppose you may lose a few hundredths of a second on the school run for not having 15" BBS on there

Bl00dy good work sir! :D Will look a million miles better than your old wheels, even for people who liked those. Your new rims look awesome, & the profile of the new arches looks just right to me - some just don't look quite right... 20" is a brave move!
