Hi there, just wondering what roll bar settings you lot use on your track cars? I've got the H&R roll bars, 3 way adjustable on the front, and 2 way on the rear. At present I'm using the middle setting on the front bar, and the softer setting on the rear bar.
Would it be worth cranking them both up to hard?

I'd try experimenting.
I'm guessing driver preference is something to do with it.

I've got the H&R bars too. I have my rear one set to hard and the front set to medium. This seems to be a good combination although I'm yet to try out all the options..

A basic rule is to lose grip run them stiffer and visa versa i.e
If your car is oversteering at steadystate cornering then make the rear softer etc
However as yours has an m30 in the front i would run the rear rb as stiff as possble and play with the front starting with softest.
In reality you are really gunna have to do a test session at a track to get the right set up.
