Just been reading through this and trying to get my head around it...
I have one question about rear toe...
why would it ever need to be anything other than 0 (e.g. parallel)? surely if they are toeing out slightly then it will just wear the tyres excessively? I understand that a slight amount of toe out on the front improves turn in on corners, but obviously the rear wheels are not steering so what are the benefits?

Hmm interesting. Il see how i feel on the day. What would cause the toe to be out on the rear anyway; worn bushes?

Hmm hopefully none of that then. Think i may just do the camber adjustment plates then; the ones that go on the inside of the subframe yes?
