I have some 10mm wheel spacers that are hubcentric, so I shouldn't need spigot rings for OEM alloys wheels on my car?
There is steering vibration at 60mph or so speeds but its slight, is it true that the raised lip i.e. hubcentric part has to be specific to each car, as I think the "delta mic" spacers are of a poor quality. I paid £60 ish and all.
If the above is true I will swap it for some H&R or eibach, anyone used these before on the zone?

You may need some spigots. i got a set of rims here that don't need spacers or rings, but I also have a set of 17 motorsports that need spigots as they are 74 ish I think in bore. Easy remedy is 72.6 to 74mm rings.
Spigots cost under 20 quid for a set of 4. Eibach spacers- I got a set for sale and some e36 rims if interested. They look cool, but Im keeping my 17's!

If your using standard BMW wheels then you won't need spigots as spigots are for after market wheels only.

Gone but not forgotten.

Cars an E36 M3 using genuine E36 M3 wheels, yet there is still steering vibration. Wheels are balanced.
What else is causing this ?

Description: A ball joint consists of a hardened-steel, bearing stud and socket enclosed in a steel housing. The bearing stud is tapered and threaded and fits into a tapered hole in the steering knuckle. A protective boot prevents dirt from entering the joint assembly. Ball joints are used on the front end of virtually every car and light truck. Vehicles with conventional suspension systems use two ball joints per wheel: an upper and a lower ball joint. Cars with MacPherson strut suspension systems use a lower ball joint and an upper strut bearing rather than an upper ball joint.
Purpose: Ball joints serve as the pivot points between the tires and suspension. Ball joints also support weight. On some vehicles, the ball joints may be used to make wheel alignment settings.
Maintenance Tips/Suggestions: Many cars use lubed for life ball joints that cant be lubricated. Replacement ball joints often come with lubrication fittings. If your car has lubrication fittings, the ball joints should be lubricated at every oil change. Ball joints, along with other suspension components, should be inspected annually along with a complete wheel alignment. The most common vehicle symptoms associated with worn ball joints are wandering, uneven tire wear, and erratic steering. Ball joint inspection methods and specifications vary, so have your vehicle inspected by a qualified service professional."
for your info bmw use a lower ball joint and no top joint iirc..

A friend of mine bought some genuine E36 M3 wheels for his 318is and they were buckled to hell and back. The inside edge of the wheels wasn't even round, more oval than round. The inside edge of the wheels are the weakest point so get the wheels off and check them for any obvious signs of damage.

Gone but not forgotten.

A lot of people don't realise that more often than not its the inside of the wheel which buckles.
I do it myself (and i worked in the wheel and tyre industry for 10 years
), hit a pot hole hard, stop car get out and check the outside rim for damage see no damage and assume the wheel is fine, then wonder why steering wheel is shaking.

Is there any way I can fix the buckle i.e. have the rims refurbed? or is it a case of getting the council to buy me a new set of rims

Unfortunatley buckled rims are not repairable.
Great excuse to splash out on some new bling rims tho
Just had a thought, have you tried using your wheels with out the spacers and seeing if you still get vibration?
