I've got a bmw 316, 1989 that's got quite a bit of rust on it. The previous owner put new pannels on the front but, as you can see from the pics, the back arches are looking shabby. What do you think is the best way to sort it? Pannels from breakers? New ones? I do know someone who does paintwork but it'll be at least 300 for the arches which is more than it's worth.

you can buy replacment arches for about thirty quid there is a link somewhere i think hadrian panels do them

Cheers for the tip, I think i'll leave it until they need replacing for an MOT or cause me a problem.
