Suspension on my '93 Touring doesn't seem to be too worn (69k miles) bit it is quite roly poly.

What's the best kit to fit? Don't want it dropped so much it ruins the ride (running 15" BBS) & it is only a 316 after all ie. nothing too radical.

What about anti-roll bars?

Should I use the big 325 struts or the skinny 316 ones? Heard most kits are for the bigger struts. Are they front only?

I would try and source some 2nd hand front damper housings from a car with the 51mm front struts, and try the boge kit that GSF sell, they supply some lowering springs, and the boge M-tech dampers.
If you don't want to lower as far as this kit offers then try and source some 2nd hand springs from a sport.

Thought all Tourings had uprated suspension?

Mine certainly has ARBs back and front and a ~20mm drop over a 4 door.

According to the ETK it's got 51mm front struts, Boge dampers (gas on the rear), 20mm front ARB and 13.5mm back ARB.

It's a '94 1.6 Lux, ETK info from chassis number.

Tried a Jan '92 1.6 Touring also and the only options for the components were as above.
