The night driving is on spa, probably at a testing session.
The closest it comes to nightime on the ring looks like dusk, if its summer I would imagine its still open then. Though it would be no surprise if they (being the bmw works team) had closed it off and had permission to use it at night.
Cool vid though, always wanted an m3gtr.
ps, the green thing is just a backlit lcd display.

Haha yeah other drivers would just hear the loud screaming noise of the engine getting closer and closer and them thinking what the F*** is that and then you could just whizz by them rolling the their cars over with the air you displace, (although the chances of that happening..)

I think they drive on the Nurburgring at night on the 24hr race Munky
The footage at dusk on the 'Ring looks to be from the 24hr race judging by the spectators lining the track in their gazebos and what not.
Needless to say, the public can't drive the track when it's dark - it's bad enough in perfect daylight!
That GTR is so awesome, the gearbox sounds like it needs some oil though LOL

Looked a bit quiet to be a race... though I suppose over 24 hours and 13 miles the cars will get a bit spaced out...
Ignore me... I'll get my coat.

350bhp v8.
Though to be honest I'd want the race one, looks loads better, and I would imagine is a lot faster, cant see them putting the straight cut box in a road car...
