2.7 conversion (sorry tobe boring)

hi guys thinking of doing a 2.7 project
i been offered a 2.7 block and 2.5 head
the engine runs but knocks. so a full rebuild would be needed
the blocks not a eta it was a 2.5 bored to 2.7

anyway
i wana rebuild it but i want to do some more modds
nothing to drastic like supercharger or turbo
just bits like high lift cam etc

what can i do?

if i was to put an high lift cam waht degree cam would i use?
could i change the injectors to allow more fuel if so what 1's?
bbtb?
would i need todo any mods to the inlet manifold?
can i do any mods to the head i.e bigger valves?
if so which 1
would i need to chip it and which chip would i use
would it need remapping

sorry to be like this but i have no idea where to start from
wanna do this conversion but not clued up

any info would be great

i saw that the next guy was after the engine he said he meet up

and you never replied so i gussed you pm him and delt with it
plus i never got any info on courier so i just thought the deal was dune with him

i dont know my self why i bother some times, but having said that i've not really had issues with any one buying or selling on here , a few time wasters wanting things but not for ages.

the biggest piss take is you advertise some thing for a sensible price and they offer you peanuts....... thats what gets me going


hass do a 2.7 search, lots on info to found. i dont think any one can be bothered to do a write up as so so many have been done in the past
