LOL thats a straight to the point answer if ever I saw one.
What does the kit look like? Most E30 kits are gay.

it looks very very good indeed. i'm not a fan of kits in general but i like mine best, m-tech 1 is also damn fine in my book, m-tech 2 is only alright i reckon.

many here disagree with that...

kits have to be fitted very securely and fit well for them to look good too.

kits can really make or brake a car i reckon, ive never really liked skirts on a car but if you have a big bumper on the front they look really gay without, nothing worse than a car with big bumpers, no skirts on little steelies :td:

Cool, pics look well Daz. Placey did you not like the e36 look sideskirts? Just wanted to get a bit of feedback on what the kit quality was like. I have emailed Autovogue with a couple of questions, no reply as yet. Most kits are for 2 door post facelift cars and I have a prefacelift 4 door! Just trying to get an idea if the kit will actually fit mine or not.
I see from your thread you had to mod the bumper a little bit. Do you think there would be any issue in just not having the original bumpers there at all, and just fitting the kit directly to the bumper mounts with a bit of modification of course:) Same idea for the rear bumper.

I don't see why you couldn't, but the mods were really to do with the car shape!
The front bumper is best left in place though as it will help to take any impacts, I'm not convinced it would be strong enough without it.

jos

nope i don't like the av3 skirts - i think they look stupid quite frankly. as for modding the bumpers this involves cutting them down and not removing them entirely - thus they are still in place should a collision occur.

you can see decent pics of my car in the current tbmw magazine.
